Out with the old, in with the new.

Mark,

How did you get the driver's side back seat back to unlatch in the first place? I can't even get my hand back there. I would like to do the same as you did.

There’s a 13mm bolt that holds the seatback to the lower frame. Remove that and the seatback will pivot where you can get your hand back there. If you don’t have the strap, pull up on the tab that I attached the cable to.

I agree. Stupid ass penny pinchers. The rest of the truck is great. I’ve seen a few review videos where they nitpick on stupid shit. It’s a truck. It’ll pull 34,000 lbs and it’s comfy while doing it. That’s all I need it to do. Anything else is icing on the cake.

How much was the carpet delete option?

Nothing. We are going to start raising service dogs for CCI again. Since the dog will be with me, it made sense to get vinyl seats and floor to make fur cleanup easier.

WARNING! WARNING!

To those F250 owners wishing to access behind the passenger's seat, driver's side, be forewarned. There is NOT space back there on ALL F250s.

I did what Mark suggested and back there taking up very little vertical space was "SONY" equipment. So if you have the higher end stereo no doubt its back there.

And after I did get the seat back loose from the latch I could not get the latch to well latch again. The cross bar attached to the cab of the truck has an adjusting bolt (yes it moves the bracket). Seems its very tight when production is done but impossible to re-latch. So I adjusted the bracket and hence the cross bar so it would latch.
For me there is no reason to go back there...no storage room anyway.

This is what I get for listening to Mark.....actually I did call him and he was very helpful.:eek::D

Nice rig Mark! You're going to love the 6.7! The 7.3 is a legendary motor but the 6.7 is a beast. I recently sold my 01 7.3 for a 12 6.7. Loving it.

This monster keeps being awesome.
