SF WE 2018..What Ya Got...WAIT FOR DEC25

That's true. I'm probably worse off than any classic Mustang without one. What was Ford thinking?

They were thinking money and bastardizing Shelby’s original idea to continue to profit on his name.

Deleted due to thread hi-jack
Chill, my man. The thread hijack bit is a running joke around here. We are the kings of hijack! Not trying to give you a hard time.

As to the deleted posts about the roll bar and how it is mounted I can assure you that Shelby would not condone how it was done nor would any decent car builder. In fact, a driver could be in more jeopardy with that bar than without. Roll bars/cages are not very friendly when a body/head comes in contact. For this reason, they are built and installed to remain in place and the occupant seat and restraints designed to keep the driver from coming into contact in crash events. If a bar is merely bolted to sheet metal and able to easily tear free that concept fails...potentially catastrophically.

Your car/build is appears to being done to be a correct restoration so keeping things as stock only makes sense. I was just pointing out the safety element for others who might see the pics and think it the way to go about adding a bar to their ride. Not everyone on the internet is trying to pick a fight. Didn't mean to offend.

I was certainly not trying to offend. You have an amazing car and I wasn’t trying to take anything away from it.

As far as thread hijacks... well it wouldn’t be the fix without them lol.

Wow. Surely didn’t mean that. I was enjoying the conversation.

Now look at what you've done...

I would expect this out of Mark, but you? 8)

I like 69GT350H. He/She got upset on VMF on their build thread once and quit but came back. Very nice looking build by the way. Hopefully will come back. I like their input.

Here's what I got from Tarafied. As far as I can tell, the parking lamp is for a 1977 Courier. The Corvette(?) front end is a lamp. Thanks, Craig.

So whose Vert is stuck in the sand?

And really...the guy came and went because I asked about a bolt and he couldn't take the truth on how Mustangs were built? Its Mark's fault.:D

My daughter and I made the wreath last year, but looks like Kelly added some wipers and extra stickers. That's why it was such a big box.

Yep, I added some stuff and did a lot of repairs  Turns out hot glue doesn't stick to rubber real well... so I sewed and/or ziptied everything on :p I thought that it was a masterpiece that needed to be preserved. The wipers have a lot of heritage - they have wiped their way across the States several times before being retired!

I got some great swag from Chris... hmm sorry, not sure what your username is!

I liked how the box was addressed :p

Since I am just waiting for my surgery, I better get this picture uploaded. The mail label was messed up and I can only read it came from Tomah, WI. Whomever that is, Thanks.

A lot of army stuff. I do not think the Dr. or Julie will let me eat the sweets. I sure the kidos will enjoy them.
