My wifes 2000 coupe repaint & resto

Recently I found a used, OE sun visor. The driver side had a LOT of wear, not sure why. Still looking for a driver side air bag cover. Already have an NOS steering wheel.

This weekend I installed an NOS battery insulator blanket (the OE disintegrated years ago) and an OE Motorcraft battery.

I ordered some OE interior paint from LMR and today I cleaned and painted the horn pad. The NOS steering wheel is darker than the rest of the interior and the freshly painted pad. No matter . . . I will install them next weekend.

Today, I decided to tackle the new steering wheel install as it has been staring me in the face for weeks. It was an easy swap except that Ive never removed a late model steering wheel and forgot to allow for the puller tool to clear the wheel (I will be submitting myself for the dumb sh1t award). The darker color of the wheel is the natural color, I didnt want to paint it and have the paint come off in our hands.
