I like the fastback Hawk. The front end is cool. I've seen these with both SBC and SBF engines in them and they were pretty cool.

I totally disagree. The Hawk series were some of the better looking cars of their time. Although I like the early Silver and Golden Hawks, I'm especially partial to the GT you've pictured. They were runners, too, with small blocks, 4 speeds and an optional blower. Well, maybe I'm lying about the blower, I know the Avanti could get one.

I really like the Golden Hawk. A friend of mine had a pair in the early 70's in Phoenix. A calm, mild mannered one his wife drove and a real sleeper he drove. Both cars were identical in looks. He had lots of fun with that set of cars. Won many $$$ by switching cars for the grudge match after losing with his wifes car.
