65 fender apron stampings

After having removed the front RS fender apron, some folks seem to believe there should be a vin stamping on it.

I believe the front RS fender apron I removed to be original to the car.

This is what I have discovered as of now.

The front, rear LS and the rear RS fender apron all have the vin stamped on the top side.

The rear RS apron has an additional stamp of some sort half ways up the apron on the inside about six inches forward of the firewall which reads 5 11 2D

The front RS apron that I removed has a stamping of some sort about two inches up from the frame rail and two inches back from the radiator support that reads 5 10 D2 but no vin.

Is there supposed to be a vin stamped on the front RS fender apron?

5 11 D is the date code stamped on the fender; it is not the VIN. You have all of the VIN stamps there are: two on the LH side (one covered, one showing) and one on the RH side (covered).

Thanks
I didn't know about the other stamping on the driver's side. Mine was hidden under some filler the PO used to level the fender.
Now I have one on each side since a PO replaced one of the inner fender aprons.
