going with the Shelby 10 spoke, old school RWL tires, 215 65 15 front and 235 60 15 rear

been getting some work down on the fastback

had a break in my harness and sent it down to Midlife for a quick curse and a fix, here's the before, came back looking great!

painted the booster in black

squeezed the 390 back into it's home, installed the GT stripes and lost the barrel nuts for the emblems :censored no one sells them locally, fitted the autometer gauges in.

Nice car, nice engine. I went with a slightly milder but similar engine build.

What kind of headers are you running?

FPA, other than adjusting the Z-Bar and idler arm bracket they're a great fit.

I'm looking for pic's of a 67 GT 390 for finishing touch's, heater hose placement etc. I'm not going concours but will make it look close :)
 
Those are what I would have chosen as well. I went with stock manifolds in the end and can live with the power loss.
