I have a 68 302 with the c4 attached. Runs great and uses no oil and no weird sounds. The c4 shifted smooth but I would recommend a fluid and filter change since its been a while since I changed it. Taken out of my 68 vert that will receive a 32 valve mod engine. Price is 800 for both firm. You pick up only. PM if interested.
