alternator bearing

Trying to locate a alternator bearing for my 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. It's pretty loud now, and I need to replace it. My tight ass can't justify 100+ bux for a new alternator when it charges fine and I can fix this issue for less than 10 bux. Any help with a part number would be greatly appreciated.

If it's truly a 6303 bearing, you should be able to pick one up at literally any parts store. They're super common. In SKF, that would be a 6303-2RSJ. In BCA it's a 303FF, iirc.

If you can, pick up a set of contacts for it as well and replace them while you have it apart. Won't hurt. You may have to try to find a rotating electrical rebuild shop to find them, though. Most parts houses don't offer brushes for anything anymore.
