Another year but I don't feel it

Actually, I turned 53 last month. Been trying to get into another shape than "round".
The mystery each time is what new pain will I feel the next day. Knees, ankles, hip, back, butt and head?

I found this thread pretty interesting. I had, in my mind, many of you pegged to be certain ages. Some I was close to dead on and others not even close. Dare I suggest we should do a poll post and see the age make-up of the Fix? Might be interesting. I'll do one and see what happens, I guess.
