Can I Make My Picture Smaller?

Title kind of says it all. I finally got a picture up but it is way to big. So is there any way I can make it smaller?

There's lots of way to do it, I have 2 options in my computer, try right clicking and see if you have a resize option. There's also a web site I've used in the past: http://www.shrinkpictures.com/
