Chicken jerky?

Anyone ever make chicken jerky? I see it for dogs but not so for humans or at least not many.
 
I made it many times. In fact I think I'll make a batch soon!

I use skinless breasts and cut them into thin pieces. then I soak them over night in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Red wine vinegar, granulated onion and garlic and pepper. If the marinade makes you pucker it is good.

Then on to the dehydrator until done. I use a Ronco one which is round.

It comes out nice if you ask me. You can tweak the marinade for a taste you like with teriyaki or whatever.

Right up there with Beef and Bison jerky!
