Man spanks girlfriend, three officers examine injury

NICEVILLE — A man who spanked his girlfriend during an argument was arrested.

When police arrived at the couple’s Niceville apartment, the woman told police her boyfriend had struck her with an open hand on her buttocks, slapped her across the face and then pushed her into a chair and later a wall, according to the police report.

Three police officers later observed the “obvious (non-capacitating) injuries� on the woman’s backside.

The boyfriend was arrested for domestic battery and will appear in court Oct. 13.

The cause of the couple’s argument wasn’t explained.

If nothing else, the couple should be forced to move to a different town.... anywhere but "Niceville". Him for the rough behavior and her for showing her butt to the local police force.

A really good investigator would need to calibrate the marks against the force applied. Thus, extensive experimentation is required to really determine the facts.
