Fog Light Circuit Breaker

The NPD catalog says the fog light circuit breaker is for non-factory setups?

I have two black blue wires that look like the breaker goes there. The fog lights only work when the two are touching.

Do I need anything other than the breaker and install it in between the two? Would a 10 amp fuse work or does it need to be a breaker?

Probably time to place an NPD order for a few little things.

The circuit breaker for foglamps was used through 1968, IIRC. My NPD catalog lists the OEM parts under 14526 (pg. 169 of the latest catalog). I see where they call out 1968 specifically, but go ahead and use the 65-67 version; it will work just fine. You need a circuit breaker vice a fuse, as the circuit breaker will self-correct itself. The 1968 geometry is a bit different from earlier, but electrically, it is identical.

The wires should be blue/black.

It mounts to a metal box next to the fuse box for 1967/68.
