I picked this up on eBay a few years ago. It was listed as "new", but it's not. It came with a set of instructions from "Precision Products" that says that the valve has been "completely rebuilt and is already adjusted and lubricated". I've never installed it to check. The body is painted dark gray. There is some light surface rust on the sleeve. It's been sitting in my garage long enough that it will need to be cleaned up and refinished for show use. Asking $100 plus shipping.
