I'd love to do this. As you can see, it has no body tags or title. I need another project in the garage like I need a hole in the head but...

How could you make this legal or is it even possible?

Buy a rusted out one with a title.....begin replacing parts.....big thing is not asking opinions on how to do it.....just what is needed.

You can replace every piece of sheet metal and still have a legal vin.....think how a body shop would go about replacing the damaged vin areas.

This was done all the time to older cars involved in accidents that did not total them. How would you replace a wrecked drivers door/fender.....with the info plate there...

Just think about it.....not talk about it.
