Well, technically its a fiberboard.... I sweet talked Jake into making me a center console for my car. It arrived yesterday. Snapped some pictures of it in the car. Very impressive work on Jakes part. It fits the car very well. Now I have to get off my butt and finish it.

You can kind of see in the last picture that its pretty snug between the seats, I think its because I'm using the TMI "Sport' foams which add quite a bit of side bolster. I think I should be able to sand down the side portions between the seats to gain a little breathing room. Jake also made the top pieces, he did not cut the shifter opening since his test vehicle is an auto. He also sent me a couple cup holders!

I need that! I want to run a double din navi head unit. Although it looks at though the shifter may block it a la fox body. PLease keep us updated on finished pics.

you must frequent the nursing home! This is very true. I visit every Sunday and some of these people don't remember who I am week to week but they light up when you sit and talk with them!

I was at the chemist (drug store?) the other day and the Matron from the nursing home was there buying a carton of viagra.
I said to her "The old blokes getting a bit frisky are they?"
She said "No, this is to stop them rolling out of bed"

I actually heard there is more action in a nursing home than on a college campus. And that STD rates are decreasing among the general population and increasing in the 65+ crowd. No joke!

As an old fart like most of the blokes here, even if they wont admit it, Ive got no hope with the chicky babes,
but some of those old scrubbers at the retirement villages are looking better all the time.
Anyway one stroke from a hottie would probably cause a stroke
