I stopped in the dealership wed. and asked a few questions--(dress code, will I have my own desk or share one, will they run an add in the local papers anouncing my hiring,etc.) I am really looking forward to going to a job more for a challenge than a need. This is always something I wanted to try but couldn't afford to quit a job to try it---kinda ironic that my first "real" job was at a Ford dealership in 1974(worked half days and Sat. mornings-I was a junior in high school)and probably my last job will be at a Ford dealership again, also this is my first "clean" job with a desk.If anyone is near "Davis Ford" , Canton, Il.stop on in, I want to add on the bottom of my business cards- "where sales, service and friendship still go together!" ---probably shouldn't put "bring the wife along, we are always willing to dicker"
