Looking for good Holley 2brl for 69 302

I've beat this horse too death. My '69 is still running rich. I've rebuilt the carb, gone through the entire ignition system, gone through the carb AGAIN and still smoke and fouling plugs. Running so rich you can smell it at any speed. My only thought left is the carb has an issue that I can not find.

So I'm looking for a replacement. IF I can find a good Holley 2brl great. IF a good 4brl and manafold show up I'll consider it.
