Nick Update

He mentioned it on the VMF post before it was removed. It was somewhere around 85K, I made a comment about a 25K paint job. He also commented that it was going to Germany, same place his first E-car went. Someone chimed in and said they thought the #1 sleazanor went to Turkey. He replied that the owner was from one country and kept the car in the other to drive on business or some such story.

Ahhhh. He changed the top of the blog after I posted. I thought the same thing about the first one going to Turkey...

I'm the one who asked about Turkey. Thanks for telling me what happened, never got to see the answer as the thread was gone when I got back :)

Shit, I think I'll sell my 66 overseas. It's painted and road tested, I should get at least $150,000!

Personally, I do not believe he got $80k for it nor is it going to Germany. I think he's just trying to save face.

I've always said the day someone offers me $25k for mine it's sold as fast as I can get the title and sign it...haven't found any takers yet however, imagine that, LOL!

...and the odds of it coming up on a PT Cruzer would be a whole lot less likely.

Had to fix that one for sure.....

I could buy a fleet of cruzers for the money I can get from the sale of the 66 :pbj

Then, take them one by one and run em off the top of the hill, laughing like Vincent Price in the Thriller video as they crash, ending in a giant explosion at the bottom of the hill.

Muah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha Laugh

You can tell us the truth...you'd buy a few Cruzers and give them the paint job with the flames...

...but saying "being passed" insinuates that it was once in front. Like that would ever happen.

He is in front once they make the circle for the second pass......Kinda like the old saying that a broke clock is still correct twice a day....

Sure....... :barf We have one in the park now......just cannot deal with the PT part of that deal. Plus, if I am in Kansas, I wouldn't want the PT to push my RV faster than a certain Mustang we all know and love..... :lol

That's our Pete :coo

I'm with Craig on this. The problem with it being unpainted is that you can really see the shoddy workmanship! LOL

Here's the closest I have to a picture of the wife's cruiser, maybe I'll have to pass Mark in it sometime but I try to avoid driving it as much as possible since it's a POS. Also in the picture are the two likely future owners of the '66 Coupe.
