I put a modern Drive Line Cable Clutch Kit in My 1966 Mustang Coupe 289 4V A code A/C Car with Front Bench Seat. I Modified a Ford Cast Iron Belhousing with a T5 throw out arm and throw out bearing Had Gunner's Bike Shop drill and tap some holes in the belhousing to hold the cable for the clutch it has a 164 tooth flywheel and 11 inch clutch with a top loader 4 speed trans the factory 4 spd shifter is sloppy so im going to swap it out for a hurst comp plus this winter all is working fine with the 3.00 rear gear I just wanted to stay with the top loader 4spd and not do the T5 conversion like most are doing I just wanted a Cable operated Clutch with no old linkage
