Saw that. Can't believe the guy suspected at one time what it might be and then just kind of let it sit there for so long without more digging. Luckily it sat in Texas so sun baked but not water rotted!
yeah, that's cool that it wasn't squashed. That is a real piece of Shelby history
Jackson no doubt paid the guy $2,000 for that OLD Mustang.
And it will be restored...yep its original......only replaced the axe head once and the handle twice...but its the real thing.
I'm being facetious but you know what I mean...a lot of new parts will be needed to make it as it once was.
true enough but it's still cool they found the shell. It was a significant developmental car. Probably had lot of parts put on and taken off when Shelby had it too

Yeah...like he needs to 'discover' a rare car. and he has the restoration funding all lined up.
Bet that when it is restored the value will be a billion dollars.
