Smoked old school Caribbean glazed ham

Costco old fashion cut ham, smoked for an additional 8 hrs, placed a Caribbean glaze on it, will finish by 3pm. Here's where it is now:

Recipe for the habenaro mustard:
3 habenaro
1 mango
1 small can of pineapple with juice
1/3 cup of mustard yellow
1 tbl coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 tbl of Hungarian paprika
2 tbl honey
2 tbl dark brown sugar

Add more brown sugar at the last 30 minutes to complete the crust

What did you set your smoker temp to and what wood did you use?
 
I cold smoked it. The temp was 140 in the main chamber so it was around 100 or so for about 8 hrs before I removed it
