smoker recipies

When I do butter, I'll smoke say 12-16 sticks then rewrapped and rebox them. Afterwards into the freezer they go. Cheeses stay in the fridge.
 
Just made eggs with the butter. What do you use it for? It is good but I think I need a more mild wood. Hickory is a bit harsh.

Everything one would normally use butter for. Yes hickory is way too harsh for butter and cheese. Try Apple or Alder.
