Ok, so I cannot count. We have 5 to vote for this month. Late getting this poll up, so it is only going to run for 4 days. Happy new year and happy voting...

Can't argue with that. Very clean car. And for those of you that voted for my car... WTH were you thinking ;) Thanks guys.

thanks to everyone for the kind words.

Like most people that drive their car, it's always in a state of change. this latest change may look like a step backwards to some of y'all.

I decided the 2005/'09 Mustang wheels were too modern. So I went for a basic look: 15"x6" Ford plain steel wheels with a nice set of Avon CR6ZZ DOT legal racing tires (215/60-15).

I applaud the wheel change. The prior wheels didn't fit the car, IMHO. Not sure I totally dig the plain jane look but get the direction you are going. What about period correct aftermarket styled wheels?

Congrats on the COTM win!

Good call on the wheels. The late model wheels are what kept me from voting for this beautiful car. I'm liking the steels but would probably have a period correct set of mags to switch up with from time to time.

I'll enjoy this look for the time being, but if I'd had more than a junkyard budget, I probably would've sprung for a set of 15" Magnum 500's. I think they are best looking wheel to come out of the 1960's. So someday that would be my likely next wheel change.

driving helped settle car A LOT after tire / wheel change. Pushing down on the fender a few times IS NOT the same as driving the car:

OK. I give up. Where is "up there", and if I do get up there can I find my way back .
