which speedometer cable can i use for c4 to autometer gauge?

I have a 72-73 C4 and an auto meter mechanical speedometer. Which cable can I use and do I need anything extra to make it work?

I don't exactly know but I think your orig speedocable will work.
Just try fit the speedocable end that connects to the Autometer gauge.

Stock will work, that's what I am using with my T5 and autometer speedo

I think the year of the car changed the length of the cable. So my 67 uses a stock 67 cable for my c4. I believe the trans were the same regardless of year.

You wont need anything special on the gauge side, but you will need a trans gear if you dont already have one. There is a calculator at the bottom of this page
