Re building back deck

back in '91 I built a back deck around a hot tub spa we had installed. I poured the slab for the tub then they brought it in. After that I built the deck around it. All was fun for a number of years then the tub started to leak through plumbing connections. Shut it down and over time I hack sawed it up and put it in the garbage. Now after 33 years its time to rebuild the deck. There are some boards that are rotting so its time. Since I made a chevron design the base is way over built. And the base beams are still in great shape. I'm doing it real slow. First cut out the deck into decent firewood pieces. Next will be sawing all the under the boards which have the screws.
Should be done by September. :p

I'd be wary of burning treated lumber, as it can release toxic gases, IIRC.
Good luck, and take plenty of Advil!
