12v for radio

So ever since I took my long trip from new jeresy to ocean city maryland back in June I've been having this problem with my retrosound 2 radio has blue tooth. The problem is randomly the Bluetooth will shutoff and then the speakers will crackle. I sent the unit back to retrosound and they claim its fine, it's on my end. So I pulled out all the connections, grounded it to elsewhere, and still can't seem to fix the problem. Now yesturday I think I narrowed it down to possibly a power struggle. I found that under WOT, it would happen every time. Now It seems that the unit is still getting full voltage but something is still cutting it out. My only other thought is I have a msd 6a box mounted to the back of the glove box which is plastic, which could possibly interfering with the signal for Bluetooth. Now my question is what is the best wire to cut into for 12v constant power? Right now I'm using the key in buzzer 12vs idk if that's the best source but it worked for 4 months no issues until my long drive. My 12v accessory is the original yellow wire going to the pig tail for radio. All out of ideas.

The yellow/black wire for the original radio is what Ford used; if you were using that before without problems, then I would agree that something with the MSD box is the problem.

Hmmm, my retrosound does the same thing. I will switch my power source to the source for the original radio and see if that works. fingers crossed.
