Plans for my car do not include reinstalling the fold down seat. This seat is in very nice condition. The seating surfaces are as close to perfect as you can get. Not a scratch or mark anywhere. The chrome trim is also very nice. Just a little very minor pitting. Not perfect show quality but great for a driver for sure. The carpet is a little faded and dirty but intact. I have a brand new black carpet for it that I could include for the right price.
As I am not going to reinstall it, I also have all the original brackets and assorted hardware to make it a great opportunity for someone doing a coupe to fastback conversion.
