1970 mach 1 - vacuum line routing and regulator?

Am installing AC and rest of firewall components. Anyone seen of these? It seems to be open as it doesnt hold vacuum. Some sort of regulator or ? Also, does anyone have ny pics or a guide to the underdash vacuum line routing?
