1970 Mach: fresh air vent panel repairs?

Mine are pretty shabby nd very thin in a couple of spots. I hate to buy a pair of kick panels just for the fresh air flange. Do they sell a repair plate for this type of damage in cases where you dont want to replace the entire panel?
