142k 5.0, AOD, 3.27 8.8 rear. I've driven this car across the US 3 times. Been sitting for 5 years, starts and runs strong. Front end damage, comes with some replacement parts. Interior fair to good. I have a Texas title. Paperwork was started in California but never finished, so it will cost you $$$ to register it in CA, or TX. Consider this a good donor car for the drivetrain. Car is diveable but not street legal, you'll need a trailer. BYOBattery. . .

I've been meaning to post this for awhile but haven't had the time, now I'm making myself do it. Pics will be here in the next couple days.
07/18/2013 - pics added. I bought this car in Baltimore in 2005 with 112k miles on it, IIRC. Front end damage occured in Jan/Feb 2008. Got one run in at the 2007 Norcal VMF drags and ran a 15.2 @ 89, then we got rained out. Parts I replaced between 05 and 08: water pump, radiator, engine mounts, fan clutch, upgraded to a 160 amp 3g alt, front brake pads. All the GT parts are there and good, except for the bumper cover. Oil changes were done with Mobil 1 every 3-4k with either a Motorcraft or a WIX filter. Engine runs smooth. I have a fender and bumper support, along with other miscellaneous parts that will come with the car. I'm keeping the stereo.
