My Daughter has a nice little 93 4cly Vert that I helped her find. She's 17 and paid for half of it with money earned from bussing tables at a local restaurant (can you tell I'm proud of her? :thu)
Anyway... It's got an engine light on so I picked up a code scanner. I thought codes were 2 digit, but now I'm reading they could be 3?
Looks like 542, maybe an issue with the fuel pump circuit. This would make sense since the PO has it wired some goofy way with an on/off switch :char
BTW, EL was on before and the guy at AZ told me code 54 (ACT sensor). I changed it out and the light did go out for a while
so.. back on topic... 2 or 3 digit?
