200cid inline 6 and c4 transmission

Hello all, can anyone tell me what the oil capacity of a 200 inline 6 ford is?
Also what is the tranny fluid capacity of a c4 transmission? And what type do you guys recommend for the automatics?
Thank you!!

Beats me , but your engine has an oil dip stick . Doesn't it ?
As for the tranny. Dextron II ATF is good and you measure the oil level with a warm engine RUNNING.
my 2 eurocent.

while dexron ll can be used in a C4 trans, the factory actually calls for type F atf. i think dexron ll is easier to get these days though.

I have read if the trans is a fresh rebuild you can use the Dextron but if it's been using type F you shouldn't switch. I don't know if that is just one of those "statements" or if it is fact. I still always used type F in my older Ford transmissions. It's still available at auto parts stores.
