Other than being different, it must make a very small difference in the flow....plus it still sits on a normal manifold. Just not seeing it as an upgrade myself.

With a secondary that big, wouldn't the air velocity be less than if it were a 4 bbl?

I have one out in the garage. They work good for drag racing. I got it cheap years ago, rebuilt it and tried it out. They don't idle well or have much off the line performance but they pull like :censored on the highway.

+1. A friend of mine years back had one on a GT 500 KR. Really big fun rolling on at anything over about 20mph, but he ended up getting rid of it for a 4bbl.
