Mustang 45th Anniversary Celebration Event Schedule
• Only event Participants, Sponsors, and Vendors admitted on Thursday
• Participants, Sponsors, Vendors, and Spectators admitted on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Manufacturer/Sponsor/Vendor Midway Open
• Tram service will be provided for your convenience
• Concessions and restrooms will be available throughout the park
• MCAVolunteer check-in at MCA tent located in Lot E
• Track participants must attend mandatory Driver’s Meeting on assigned track day
Thursday, April 16th
• Paddock opens for Tech inspection at 6:00 am, Open Track participants ONLY
Mandatory Drivers meeting at 7:00 am
• Participant check-in with registration, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Evening Cruise to Homewood, Street Party 7:00 pm until 11 pm
Line up at 6:00 pm on the main entrance to Barber Motorsports Park
Note: Cruise is limited to 500 cars, YOU MUST HAVE CRUISE PASS to participate
Friday, April 17th
• Paddock opens for Tech inspection at 6:00 am, Open Track participants ONLY
Mandatory Drivers meeting at 7:00 am
• Participant check-in with registration, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Opening Ceremony at 12:00 pm (location to be announced)
• Friday Evening, discover Birmingham on your own
Look for tourist information in registration packet
Saturday, April 18th
• Paddock opens for Tech inspection at 6:00 am, Open Track participants ONLY
Mandatory Drivers meeting at 7:00 am
• Participant check-in with registration, closes at 12:00 pm
• Miller Cup Series Mustang Ford Challenge qualifying at 10:30 am, Race at 1:30 pm
• Saturday Evening with Ford Banquet at Marriott Birmingham at 7:00 pm
Dinner, special guests and entertainment Tickets required (limited to 450)
Doors open at 6:30 pm
Sunday, April 19th
• Photo opportunity on track starting at 8 am
See MCA tent to signup for a time slot
• Participants Awards Presentation begins at 8 am, please note YOU MUST PRESENT DASH CARD to
obtain your award. Awards WILL NOT be mailed. If you can not be present to pick-up, you must make
arrangements for someone to get it for you. They will still need to present your Dash Card
• Judged cars Awards Ceremony at 12 Noon in the Observation Room of Control Tower
• Vintage Mustang Exhibition Race @ 12:00 pm
• Mustang Racing Technology cars on track at 12:30 pm
• Miller Cup Series Mustang Ford Challenge qualifying at 12:45 pm, Race at 1:30 pm
• Show closes at 5 pm
