50th Mustang Show BBQ (free beer!) in Las Vegas!!! 5pm, April 18th

We're exactly one month out from Mustang's 50th birthday! :yah

I'd like to invite all StangFixers to a BBQ to celebrate! I'm 15 minutes from the main venue and I'll have the grill fired up by 5pm, Friday April 18th. You don't need to bring anything but yourself and significant other if you have one. You can come and go as you please so if you're heading down to the strip for a late Friday, no problem!

Who: All StangFixers coming to Vegas

What: BBQ and free beer (did I say that already?) :beer

Where: GrabberOrange69's place in Las Vegas

Why: Because its fun to talk cars and stuff as a group

When: 5pm, Friday April 18th

PM me or reply here so I can get an accurate headcount. Map and directions will be PM'd to you in a few weeks.

Sounds like fun, I will be there, unless I get drafted to work by MCA. Should be okay for an evening.
 
This sounds like a blast, but blue 66 won't be ready in time. I've got a bad exhaust leak that needs to be addressed before SWMBO will ride in it with me again. Looks like I'll be doing something local in SD instead.
 
I'll be there +1. Maybe not a mustang, but WTH?

Hi guys, I hope all your drives to/from Sin City and fun and uneventful. I hope WaldoPro finds a ride to the show. Please remember that all of you are representatives StangFix first and should behave accordingly. No late nights, cussing, drinking, or feline abuse.
 
Gents, we have a sponsor for the Vegas 50th! I don't know what he was thinking, but Del65 bought the first round :yah Or, we can convert it all to "Washingtons" and take it to the Spearmint Rhino....'cept y'all have to go without me as SWMBO just revoked my kitchen pass :chair
 
Well, not as many people there as were expected, but great time. Great food, great people and great conversation.

We look forward to outings with our new friends as well as outings with our old ones. Maybe we will finally have people to drive with to Knott's.

I was planning on dropping by, but had car problems on the way back from the show. A fuel line came loose from its support and hit the driveshaft. I spent a couple hours putting it back together. Sorry I missed the shindig, would have been great to meet some of you.
