64-66 Vent Window Gaskets?

Howdy all.

I am wondering if anyone here has successfully replaced the rubber gaskets (both the long boomerang shaped piece and the straight piece on the window track side) on their 64-66 vent windows.

I see that NPD and VA Classic both sell replacements - but I wanted to get some feedback first. Are these any good?

I have two good vent window frames on my car - good chrome - but the rubber is all cracked and dry rotted...

Any suggestions on where to buy?

Thanks!

I did mine and they turned out great. I don't remember what brand the gaskets were, but I know I bought them at John's Mustang in Houston.

I did a pair recently, ordered a seal set that was scott drake label and said "original ford tooling" from a mustang shop in Calgary Alberta.

They sent a cheap no-name rubber set instead (charged me correctly, for the cheap crap) I gave it a try and it fit loose, the passenger side hangs up a bit when closing the window.

Go for the good stuff man.

There are poor fits out there.
