66 Shelby 10 spoke wheels fit on a '68 with disc brakes?

I have a set of new reproduction '66 Shelby 10 spoke wheels, the specs are:

14X6 WHEEL
4 1/8 BACKSET
+5.38 MM OFFSET AND 5 BY 4.5 BOLT CIRCLE
WHEEL CENTER BORE IS 2.890
