'67 Convertible Top Down position

Does anyone have a picture of how high above the quarter panel their convertible top rests when the top's down?

I have a '67 with a split glass rear window. I was looking at it the other day when the top was down and for some reason it looked like it might be too high. Should it be all the way down into the recess?

Maybe it's sitting where it's supposed to; I thought I'd check what other folks are seeing. Thanks.

The frame of my 67 sits above the quarter panel. I can take a picture later tonight when I get home. The boot over the top raises up several inches above the body/quarter panel.

Does the cover mounts freely over the retracted top ?
If so , I think it is in normal position.
