67 turn signal hood

Now that Ed is gone and I have only one car to work on it is time to get busy.

Those who have met Captain America know he is a nice looking car. Years ago I damaged the paint on the hood.

So my thought process is to replace the standard hood out for a turn signal hood.

The question is if I can't find a good OEM hood which repop?

I have been looking at the Dynacorn hood. How much figment is going to happen? How's the quality?

I had a Dynacorn hood on my 65. it fit pretty well

If going repop, look for an "original tooling". I bought my 65 hood probably about 8 years ago and there was a pretty big difference between the the cheap repop and original tooling. Fit was good.

I like those too.

But prefer the TS hood.

Since the paint is messed up on my current hood, now is the time to change.
