A couple questions about the lower dash of a 69...
First: I have a non-air car with a lower dash that was butchered by some previous owner. I also have a donor car that had A/C and I was planning to use its lower dash and implement the "power ventilation" option. I do not want to add the full A/C system. What parts do I need from the donor car? I am assuming the lower dash and duct pieces, however I am unsure if the large blower motor and wiring changes are required. I'd appreciate info from anyone familiar with how the power ventilation option was implemented.
Second: I noticed something that raised my curiosity... looking at 4 69 Mustangs I observed that there are two styles of glove box release buttons, a non-locking version and the locking version. What determined which style of release button was used? Two Mach 1s had different styles, and the locking version was also present on one of the two coupes.
