Yep, about 10 minutes from me as well.
Is he giving tours again? I went with a car club about 12 years ago, but later heard the old guy stopped giving tours for several years - so many "tourists" that he wasn't getting any work done!
 
I bet if we all drive up in vintage FORD iron, he'd give us a tour!
