89 gt 50 convertible barn find

picked up a 89 GT 5.0 convertible what you can see under the hood Holly system Max MSD ignition system without box cold air intake looks to be 75 mm throttle body professional product mass air filter upgrade long tube headers aluminum radiator also has 30 lb injectors red was told at purchase motor was in it a reputable machine shop for about a month car is a factory 5-speed converted over to automatic transmission rust free car now first got it been sitting 20 years broke it down slowly turned it over got it to run now it will not run at all cannot get the brain to talk we were getting it to start by unplugging mass air sensor now we're getting nothing
Question is I'm going to replace mass air sensor with another one set for 30 lb injectors what do I do about computer

It looks to be the stock Ford SEFI setup, can you confirm what computer it currently has? These units flash the check engine light in a series of flashes that produce a code you can look up online to see what may be causing it to not start.
