Whats the best bolt on parts for a factory engine to make the most horsepower for the money?

I was thinking pulleys cold air intake to the inner fender exhaust and a throttle body. Anything I am forgetting?

Depends on the shop. Can't really give an answer. You can get a tuner like the Diablo sport intune that have their own tunes or you can go to a shop and have it dyno tuned.

Welcome, where are you located? A custom tune will net you the most but will be more costly. A Diablo or SCT can used the canned tunes but don't net you the most. Another option would be a unit described above then find a tuner that will write a tune for your mods and e-mail it to you. You can then load it to your programmer, load it to your car and datalog it. Send this to the programmer, he can tweek your tune for better results.
