It's the Toyota dealer I work at.

We have a cat that drives the Zamboni every night. That and I don't do any heavy line work anymore so my area stays nice and clean.
I can't stand to wallow around in grease and coolant. If I do make a spill, I get on the Zamboni and clean it up so I don't have to stand in it or track it all over hells half acre.

We have A/C in there too

you guys are "uptown". around here, the lexus dealerships get the gray tile floors while the toyota service depts get a gray painted concrete floor. it only takes a couple times of bustin your ass on those tile floors with greasy or wet feet to learn how to walk on them. don't ask how i know....
