See. Once you start there is no turning back. You start to recognize even the small issues or potential complications. This rabbit hole leads to worse things too. You will find yourself making tweaks here and there on everything. Nothing OEM stock or aftermarket will be quite right without a subtle mod. 1/2 hour tasks lead to hours. Weekend jobs roll into weeks. Its an affliction more than an addiction. A curse. The only upside is when and if you ever finish you'll have created something unique and special. That is if you go all the way. Take short-cuts or accepting less then perfection anywhere and, well, things will look rushed and cobbled together ultimately making the whole thing less than memorable. Run while you still can! lolRedesiging more....Working on getting the best viewing angle to see all gauges easily. Lowered the Middle 10mm, reaaranged the outside gauges, and tilted the gauges about 5 degrees forward. Printing one out now for testing purposes. View attachment 35178
Haha yeah, i cant stop but this is more about accessibility. The small guages are hard to read from my standard sitting position and even the speedo is slightly... So moving things around is about getting the best viewing angle so i can easily read gauages while driving. I do agree though, Its a never ending rabbit hole where I think something will work and it doesnt quiet pan out...But even though im not in it for the "Show Car" end game, the unique cruiser will atleast make it to the Power Tour.....How far i take the Torino is a whole different story, but like all my cars, it has an end game of a nice cruiser as time/money allows.See.
