These are off my 69, 15x8 rear with 245/60R15s and 15x7 front with 235/60R15s. Just put them on for clearance checking. The rears are fine, the front probably wont work

I got into a discussion a few weeks ago with a kid in my office whose dad has a 65-66 Coupe with the "original" Magnum 500's installed. I mentioned to him that the Magnum 500 wheel was not an optional wheel for his dad's car, but still looked very nice. He got pissy with me about the wheels being 100% original to the car and I dropped it.

Just to confirm.... the Magnum 500 style wheel was first offered on the Mustang during which model year? My memory is telling me it was 1969, but I'm getting old.

You must be getting old too... lol.

It seems like just a few years ago that I was much more certain of things.

I am fighting that old thing with all I have. These days I don't think I am winning though.
