anyone know if there are differences on 69 and 70 pedal boxes

What do you mean by "pedal boxes"? Is this what is referred to as the torque box that triangulates between the frame rail, the outside apron and the rising floor board?

Pedal box would be the entire setup of pedals and the supporting brackets. Have no idea as to the ops original question though.

I found several searches that indicate they are the same/inter-changable.....but I have no personal exp.

They are different.

Clutch bumpers mount differently, columns are different and it attaches to the dash differently. I have a 70 box with a manual pedal I robbed the clutch pedal from laying around somewhere.
