Anyone made their own 69/70 FB sail panels?

Has anyone had any success making their own 69/70 fastback interior sail panels? The PO of my car lost one side so I only have the one. It's in really nice shape and I was curious if it would be possible to remake one of my own. Has anyone had any experience with this? If so what type of material did you use? I know the repops are only $20 but I have ordered them 4 different times with other parts orders and they have been on back order for a month or two before I finally just canceled the order.

I just made a pair for the 68 coupe makeover.
Had one good one and a missing one.
I used the good one for a template drawn on some scrap Oak laminate skin
from a cabinet project. Its very thin and flexable and the smooth side takes the spray on glue well.

Sorry no pic's, Sometimes I get too far ahead of myself and forget to snap them.
The skin was purchased from Lowes for a cabinet I built, and it was leftover.
You might try looking for a woodworking shop in your area for some scrap.
