AOD backup light wiring quesiton?

I am running the '90 5.0 HO/AOD with a carb so not a lot of wiring hooked up with this. I have the plug that goes onto the tranny for the NSS and backup lights. Anyone have an idea to wiring this up? I assume it's just a ground/hotwire/trigger wire for backup lights to work? Thanks, Gary.
